Listing Lights

Give your signs a purpose at night. Add a Listing Light and add hours of extended sales every night. These are bright, battery operated lights illuminate for both side of your sign. They have a built-in eye sensor to turn on at dusk and an adjustable timer to stay lit from 3 or 5 hours every night. These fully adjustable lights fit on top of our frames (we will pre-drill the pilot holes) and further differentiates you from your competitors.

Security Lock

This Master Lock features armored cable and hardened lock for added security. Simply slide the cable through the security holes on your Lincoln Lawn Frame to secure it with your metal frame. Once locked together, no one (kids or other agents) can tamper with your sign or separate the frames.

Double Rider Stabilizer

Pricing: Double rider stabilizer - $3.95

(this double stabilizer will only hold 6” high riders. If you use 8” high riders, only one rider will fit, so use the single rider stabilizer)

Single Top Rider Stabilizer

Our post caps have been designed to hold up to 2 additional riders, giving you added branding opportunities. If the width of your top riders are less than your main sign width (i.e. your main sign is 30” wide but your riders are only 24” wide), you will need one of these stabilizers.

If your rider is the same size as your sign, no stabilizer is needed because your riders will slide in place between the caps. No tools or clips needed.

The single stabilizer simply slides on the top of your rider, holding it in place between the caps. If you intend to add 2 riders to the top of your frame, you will need to order the double rider stabilizer.

Metal Frame

The most stable and easiest way to hold your sign and our frame in place is with a 3/4” steel frame. Our Lincoln Lawn Frames just slide right over these metal frames easily. The frames are offered in black and allow you to slide your sign in place without any clips or bolts.

These frames are made to hold your main sign only, no additional riders.

Eye-catching Flags

These large flags slide right into the top of our post caps, giving your sign that extra attention you need, especially when you are holding an open house! Our flags measure 12” X 18”, are 100% polyester and are mounted on a 24” wooden dowel. To order enter the number of each color flag you need.

Brochure Box

When you order one of our durable outdoor brochure boxes, we’ll drill in the anchor screws for you .... free! They have clear fronts and a business card holder inside as well. These boxes come in white or black.

T-Stake Supports

Our 48" long black iron T-stakes are strong (3/4" wide) and easy-to-install. Just step on the T bar to drive them up to 10" into the ground or use a hammer. Our frame just slides over the T-stake which is hidden within the hollow post. These T-stakes are needed if you do not currently utilize a strong outer metal frame with your sign. You can also use a T-stake for added support in very windy conditions
